We have a wide range of bedrooms to choose from ...

All bedrooms are en suite, spacious, extremely comfortable and well equipped. All with private facilities including, satellite TV, hairdryers and toiletries, radio, telephone, tea & coffee making facilities.

Please note: Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel.

Family
Our Family Rooms consist of parents room with twin or double beds and an adjoining children's room with bunk beds.
Family Rooms can be found on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors.
Standard
Well equipped twin or double bedded room which can be found either to the side or back of the hotel.
Suite
Comprising one bedroom with one double and one single bed and private sitting room. The Suites are front facing with views overlooking the gardens and the Tweed Valley.
Superior (pictured on right)
Large spacious room, with twin or double bed and a sitting area. Front facing with views overlooking the gardens and the Tweed Valley. Can be found on Ground, 1st and 2nd floors.
Balcony (pictured on right)
We have 2 Balcony rooms which are superior and spacious with twin or king size bed with seating area and private balcony with outstanding views across the Tweed Valley.
Walk in Shower
Twin or double bedded front facing room. The private en suite facilities have no bath but a walk in shower and is ideal for our disabled guests with full wheelchair access.
Single
Comfortable single bedded accommodation mainly found to the back of the hotel.
Luxury Suites Cademuir Spa Suite:
A unique concept where guests can enjoy private pampering without having to leave their room. The contemporary suite comes with a king size bed (pictured on right), day beds, dressing room, magnificent bathroom and state of the art sound systems. More information on The Cademuir Spa Suite.
Luxury Suites – Kailzie Suite:
A more traditionally styled suite with warm and cosy colours.
The Kailzie has its own sitting room with views across Glentress Forest. The main feature is the bedroom with an outstanding four poster bed (pictured on right). More information on The Kailzie Suite.
