Our Peebles Restaurant
Dinner is served in the wonderful Dining Room. With ornate ceilings and glittering chandeliers, a grand piano and a row of tall windows overlooking the gardens.
The menu is varied to suit all ages with a nice mix of traditional dishes and international cuisine and vegetarian dishes.
Dinner at Peebles Hydro is a grown up affair, giving you the chance to dress up, enjoy good food and take in the stunning views across the beautiful Tweed Valley - whilst the children are looked after in their very own dining room. If you wish your child to accompany you for dinner in the Dining Room there is an additional charge of £14.00 per child per night.
You don't have to be a resident to enjoy dinner at Peebles Hydro.

£24.50 Sunday through Monday and £29.00 on Friday and Saturday nights.

Breakfast at Peebles Hydro
A full breakfast is also served in the Dining Room, or if you wish served in your bedroom. Breakfast can be served in your room from 07.15 until 12 noon, please note there is an extra charge of £3.50 per delivery.

- Dinner 07.30 – 21.00 (last orders)

Dining Room Dress Code
Please note, after 6.30pm in the bar, the restaurant for dinner and at dances, it is requested that the dress code for gentlemen is smart or smart casual. E.g. trousers and shirt with tie, as jeans will not be permitted for either gentlemen or ladies during these times.
