Christmas Party Nights can be enjoyed best when you stay over with us. Your room will be ready from 14.30, you can enjoy use of our leisure facilities, take time to get ready and enjoy some pre-dinner drinks, then celebrate with friends, good food and dancing. Then at the end it’s just a stroll upstairs to your room.

Christmas Party Nights Terms & Conditions

Booking provisional until deposit of £25 per person is paid, provisional bookings will be held for 14 days,.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferrable.
Final payments should be paid no later than 1 November. Any bookings for which final payments have not been received by 1 November will be released for resale and any payments forfeited.
Cancellations - Should a member of your group be unable to attend, their payments cannot be used for any other services, however, another person may be substituted in their place.
Pre-orders - All pre-orders for food and wine are to be returned to the hotel no later than 30 November. The hotel reserves the right to make menu choices if the pre-order is not received. If any of your party have any special dietary requirements we need these in writing no later than 30 November.
