- Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes, as your treatment will end on time, ensuring our next client is not delayed.
- At the time of booking your credit or debit card details will be taken to secure your booking.
- Please note, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or full payment will be taken.
- Treatments may have to be adapted to suit pregnant ladies and a full consultation will be given.
- There may be medical contra-indicators with some massage and body treatments.
- Express manicure and pedicures are available to children from 12 years, all other treatments are available to 16 years and over.
- Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to wait in the Salon Reception area unattended.
