Your Scottish Wedding Day at Peebles Hotel Hydro for £2012 in 2012.

Available Sunday to Thursday during 2012 and including:

£2012 for 2012 ~ Offer Terms & Conditions

• Offer is subject to availability Sunday -Thursday during 2012
• The cost of £2012 is for everything detailed in the offer only. If you have your own ideas that you would also like to include there will be an additional cost. Please let us know what you have in mind .
• A provisional booking for the date of your choice may be held for a maximum period of 14 days.
• The booking will only be confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £500.
• Maximum number of day guests for this offer is 30, and a further 50 guests maximum in the evening. If numbers fall below this the charge of £2012 still applies. If numbers increase there will be an additional charge.
• A further non-refundable payment of 50% of the anticipated final invoice is required 3 months prior to the wedding date.
• Final numbers are required 8 weeks prior to the wedding date and this will form the basis of a final pro forma invoice, which will be sent 6 weeks prior to the wedding date and payment is required 1 month prior to the wedding date.
• Any additional costs on the day must be covered by a guaranteed method of payment.

Cancellation

• Deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, in the unfortunate event of a cancellation, Peebles Hydro will invoice charges based on a percentage of the total booking value:
  - 3 to 12 months prior up to 40%
  - 3 months prior up to 75%
  - 1 month prior 100%

We strongly recommend to anyone booking a wedding to purchase wedding insurance.
