A Taster of what’s to Come
We invited you to come and see what all the hullaballoo was about and you did so by the dozen – thank you!
But if you didn’t get a chance to come along to see what we’ve been busy working on, and hear about what we’ve got planned next, here’s a look at what you missed…
Food & Drink
We gave attendees a chance to sample our new menu, packed full of local produce from the beef burgers in our tasty sliders to the herbs that we grow in our own gardens. All served up by our head chef Chris from the picnic shop window.
Our Gin captain Gordon was on hand to give guests a sample (or two) from our gin palace, home to over 100 gins. But we didn’t stop there with the gin theme, we also had our friends from Edinburgh gin on hand with their pop up bar in our lounge – the ideal spot for a gin cocktail.
Where to start…. There’s the bedrooms, all 50 of the first batch are complete, with the next already underway. We also gave our attendees the chance to take a look at the transformations we’ve made to a number of our public spaces including the restaurant, lounge, function rooms and leisure facilities.
All work and no play makes for a dull day. So, we gave attendees a chance to sample some of our onsite activities. From Segway’s, archery and mini spa treatments to the more unusual with Alpaca walking – you’ll be glad to hear the boys went down a storm. Luckily we had plenty of staff on hand to spot-check attendees before leaving, otherwise a few may have found new homes.
Our door’s always open, if you’d like to come and see all the changes we’ve been making, get in touch with our events team and they can organise a show round for you.
